I visited Berlin City Toyota in January with my parents looking into a Corolla lease. Ed was extremely helpful in putting me in the car I wanted and helping me narrow down my options between the different Corolla models as well as a couple of used cars on the lot. When I picked up my car there had been a mistake applying the serial number to the windows and Toyota replaced it within a week or two. Great service, Ed was very friendly. I would recommend Berlin City to anyone looking for a new car that doesn’t want to deal with a pushy salesperson. My parents and I have visited several other dealerships in the past couple of years and none of those experiences compare to the one we had at Berlin City Toyota.
